Mission Statement:

Guided by the principles of Fides, Mores and Cultura, Our Lady of Mercy Academy’s Alumnae Association seeks to foster a spirit of loyalty and promote the general welfare of the Academy. The Association exists to support Our Lady of Mercy Academy’s goals and strengthen ties among alumnae, the community and the student and parent organizations.

Class Representatives

The Alumnae Association and Advancement Office have been working on updating the list of Class Representatives.

Current Class Representatives List

We are in need of Class Representatives for the following years:

61, 62, 63, 65, 66, 67, 68, 71, 74, 77, 78, 80, 81, 83, 86, 87, 89, 92, 96, 97, 98, 02, 03, 09, 10, 11, 12, and 13.

If you, or anyone you know, is willing to be class representative for one of these classes in need, please email OLMAAlumnae@gmail.com.

The goal of being a class rep is to re-engage with your classmates with OLMA.

Responsibilities of Class Representatives:

  • Update contact information using your class list.
  • Share the updated information with the Advancement Office. We love to know what they are doing, so that we can publicize the wonderful accomplishments of our graduates.
  • Form a committee to organize reunions. Typically the highest attendance is for the 10th, 25th and 50th reunions. Committees should be formed at least one year in advance. Combined Reunions are held in the fall – the weekend before or after Columbus Day weekend. You are welcome to tie into those reunions or you may want to plan something off campus.
  • Stay in contact with the Advancement Office as to communications, events, small get-togethers etc.

You are the liaison between your class and OLMA.
