Tower Fund is Mercy’s Endowment Fund. Endowment investments have dual goals: to grow principal and to generate income. With your support, Our Lady of Mercy’s Tower Fund will continue to grow. When you give to the Tower Fund, you create a permanent legacy of support for Mercy.

How do I create a named scholarship or tuition assistance fund?

A named scholarship or tuition assistance fund may be established in honor or memory of a person or persons. In this fund, the principal will remain untouched and the interest will be designated for a particular purpose – either scholarship or tuition assistance, in accordance with the donors’ preferences.

To establish a fully-funded named scholarship or tuition assistance fund, the donor must make a commitment of $300,000 for a full scholarship/tuition assistance award or $150,000 for a partial award. This may be funded at the time the fund is established or over a multiyear period. The interest generated from these funds would provide full or partial tuition assistance for a student for her four years at OLMA.
